Hotel Reservation:

After receiving this form, the committee will reserve the required hotel rooms for the participants. It’s recommended that all the participants make the reservation in the conference hotel, which is RMB 408 per day per room, including breakfast and the free entrance to the venue (Huayi Brothers Movie Town).

Note the ticket to the venue is RMB 130 per person per day, while staying in the conference hotel means you can enter the venue for free without purchasing a separate ticket.
