Tianxin Pavilion

Nestled in the southeast corner of Changsha's central area, atop the ancient city wall where Chengnan and Tianxin Roads converge, Tianxin Pavilion stands as a three-story tower, the sole surviving symbol of the city's historic past. With a construction area of 846 sqm, it boasts green-tiled roofs, soaring eaves, red beams, and intricate paintings, seamlessly merging with the ancient city wall and Tianxin Park's other structures. Perched on the city's highest terrain, over 30 meters above the ground, it overlooks Miaogao Peak. Named in Yu Yi's late Ming Dynasty poem, Tianxin Pavilion was rebuilt during the Qing Dynasty's Qianlong era, renowned worldwide for embodying the grandeur of Changsha's southern region and attracting scholars for poetic gatherings. Today, it has gained additional fame among youth, thanks to renowned voice actor Ge Ping, who regularly practices his craft within its historic confines.
